The FlexiBill system supports the billing, collection, and accounting
needs for local governments and utility authorities. FlexiBill calculates
and print bills for metered and flat rate services, while providing
historic account information.
The
Multi-Year Property Tax system provides the ability to maintain
accurate financial information on all taxable properties. Including
the ability for rapid searches of any current statements and track
accounts by statement number, name, or tax number.
The Assetrax system is designed to improve management over critical
fixed assets. Assetrax helps ensure proper use of assets by tracking
the replacement and market value of each asset. This information
is critical for insurance and for recovering the maximum value after
a loss.
PayForce is designed to support the payroll accounting, leave accounting,
and personnel records of local governments and utilite authorities.
The system can manage tax calculations for tax-defferred pay and
deductions for taxable fringe benefits.
