Cash Management also automatically maintains a database of all payment
and deposit information.
PayForce is designed to support the payroll accounting, leave accounting,
and personnel records of local governments and utility authorities.
The system can manage tax calculations for tax-deferred pay and deductions
for taxable fringe benefits.
The Employee Self Service portal gives employees access to important information
like pay stub details, W-2s, leave requests, and more. Employees
can also make changes to direct deposits and demographic information.
The
Multi-Year Property Tax system provides the ability to maintain
accurate financial information on all taxable properties. Including
the ability for rapid searches of any current statements and track
accounts by statement number, name, or tax number.
The Assetrax system is designed to improve management over critical
fixed assets. Assetrax helps ensure proper use of assets by tracking
the replacement and market value of each asset. This information
is critical for insurance and for recovering the maximum value after
a loss.
